Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted gram (chana dal)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions:
Grind Roasted Gram:
- Grind the roasted gram into a fine powder using a mixer grinder. Sift to ensure there are no coarse pieces.
Prepare the Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted gram powder, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add Ghee:
- Heat the ghee until it melts. Add the hot ghee to the mixture little by little, mixing continuously, until it reaches a consistency where you can form balls. You may not need all the ghee.
Form Laddus:
- Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into round balls using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Store:
- Once cooled, store the laddus in an airtight container.
